Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Under Title 17 USC §512(f), penalties can be imposed for misrepresentation in infringement notifications. Takedown notices should be sent via email for prompt attention.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you can provide a counter notification to have it restored. This notification must include:

Your signature;
Description and location of the removed material;
A statement of good faith belief of mistaken removal;
Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy against copyright infringement. We keep a record of DMCA notices and identify repeat infringers. Violators of this policy will have their accounts terminated.
